On Saturday 3-10-09 Bill Westall and family enjoyed a tour behind Duchess of Sutherland from Chester to Holyhead and return. these trips up to the beginning of October are the last runs the public will be able to do behind this LMS Pacific before its boiler certificate runs out, thus signalling the end of an era!
