The first trip south for the brand new LNER A1 Pacific 60163 Tornado. The tour was extensively covered by Wings and wheels railway buffs, trip 1 ran from Gloucester to Cardiff back to Bristol via the Severn Rail tunnel, Tornado then undertook an evening tour to Minehead. The new Locomotive commissioned for main line running in 2008 was seen by thousands of well wishers and enthusiasts, even the BBC turned out to see it!
