The Annual Boxing Day gathering was held at the Tipputs Inn on the A46 south of Nailsworth. Organised by the South Cotswold Vintage Motor Cycle Club. The Group also meet throughout the year in the south Cotswold and Severn Vale areas of Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire (North Avon). Unfortunately this year our usual correspondant couldn't photograph the meet due to illnes, so Charlie and Mark kindly ensured that we got a great selection of photos to share. The V.M.C.C. welcomes riders of any age on machines of any age. V.M.C.C. Types include veteran (pre-1914) vintage (1915-1930) post vintage (1931-1945) post war and classic 1946-1996 (25 years old). This year's boxing day meet certainly saw the Best of British Steel! However other bike manufacturers from the continent make the meet varied and interesting for all members and spectators alike, an Austin Healey 3000 (HMC) replica classic car was also on show along with fellow Wings & Wheels Society Dursley Members and their assorted motorbikes.
